As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for driving sales to new and existing medical dispensary accounts in your territory. We are looking for personable, ambitious, and energetic sales professionals to help us meet the demands of our clients and customers in several large California metro areas.

Successful candidates must be creative, resourceful and enjoy working in a highly entrepreneurial environment. The position requires outside sales, communication, organization and management skills, as well as a passion for cultivating relationships. S/he will be responsible for reaching monthly sales targets with both existing and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Lead Generation
* Oversee and manage Brand Ambassadors who will promote the Seven Points Distribution Brand with new accounts;
* Research dispensaries, identify opportunities, and drive outreach to targeted accounts;
* Manage new leads and communications in our relationship database.

Dispensary Relations:

* Sell Seven Points Distribution products to new dispensaries;
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with bud tenders, dispensary managers and owners;
* Negotiate terms with new accounts;
* Review product pricing and availability for accuracy.

Account Management:

* Review sales record and leverage supplier relationships to grow revenue;
* Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote products;
* Be an advisor for your assigned area, providing information to the organization on evolving consumer demand.
Sales reps will be provided with a 3-month training period, which includes learning about the cannabis industry and Seven Points Distribution products, hands-on training as Brand Ambassador, and promoting Seven Points Distribution at dispensaries and events.

Key Skills and Experience:

* 3-7 years’ sales or account management experience
* Recent and successful track record of sales in the cannabis industry a plus
* Proven record of generating leads and securing formal agreements
* Demonstrated ability to think creatively and sell strategically
* Track record of developing long-term relationships with (and commitments from) clients
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
* Proficiency using a CRM (customer relationship management) platform for managing sales
* Dynamic personality; self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* You must have your own reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
* Compensation commensurate with experience; mix of base pay and commissions
